• As an e-commerce platform operating on a direct-from-supplier dropshipping model, orders are submitted directly to our manufacturing and distribution partners upon payment verification.

• Standard order processing takes 1 to 5 business days before dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard International Delivery: Estimated 3 to 15 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance.

• Tracking numbers will be generated and automatically emailed to you once your package is dispatched by our logistics provider.

3. Multiple Package Shipments

If you order multiple items (e.g., a lightsaber hilt and separate display stands or blades), your order may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers due to differing supplier origins and warehouse locations.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your local government upon arrival.

• The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes. The Kyber Collective is not responsible for delays caused by local customs holds.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. The Kyber Collective is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly entered delivery details.
