    Combat & Dueling: While our products are engineered from durable polycarbonate blades and aluminum hilts, full-contact dueling carries inherent risks. Users must wear proper personal protective equipment (e.g., eye protection, gloves).

    Battery Safety: Lithium-ion batteries must be handled with care. You agree to use only approved smart chargers, avoid overcharging, and refrain from modifying chassis wiring or internal electronics without authorization.

    Limitation of Liability: The Kyber Collective shall be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct/indirect damages arising from the misuse, improper battery charging, unauthorized disassembly, or reckless handling of our products.

  • All website design, text, graphics, custom hilt concept art, logos, domain names, and source code belong exclusively to The Kyber Ciollective and are protected by Singapore and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Disney, Lucasfilm Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

6. User Conduct & Content Submissions

  • If you send us product reviews, customer support messages, or creative feedback, you grant us the right to edit, copy, publish, and distribute those submissions across our digital platforms without restriction or compensation.

  • You are prohibited from using our site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware/viruses, to harass or discriminate, or to collect personal data of other users.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
